This well established and highly successful family owned provider of Sealing Solutions, has an opportunity for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Assistant.

As one of the oldest continually family owned business in its field, this company provides its various product offerings to a diverse range of industries including; Automotive, Oil & Gas, Green Energy, Food & Drink, Dairy, Water Treatment, Motorcycle and Agriculture.

The Role.

Although the primary focus of this role will be the processing of customer orders onto the company MRP system via data entry, the role will also involve elements of the following Sales activities:-

• Ensuring that a high level of customer service is provided to existing and potential customers.
• Taking incoming and making prospecting phone calls, as required.
• Maintaining accurate records and the Customer Relationship Management Tool.
• Working under your own initiative at times, as a part of a larger Sales Team.

The Candidate.

Although Product/Industry knowledge is preferred for this role we will provide training and support  to equip you with the required skills; you may already have experience in a customer facing role, or have demonstrated your sales attitude in other ways, but it is your own personal qualities, and hard work, that will guarantee your success.

You will be a personable individual with strong communication skills, someone who is motivated by targets and goals, who is quick to learn and able to work both independently and as a part of a team. You will have an excellent  telephone manner, strong organisational abilities, a good level of computer/IT literacy and, ideally, A Level education, or at least a solid foundation, in both English and Maths.

This is a Full Time role, with a competitive salary and benefits package, which is payable dependent on experience.
